Patricia Ann Vinson Lewis 67 passed away Sunday, August 3, 2014 after a long battle with Alzheimer's. She was born March 12, 1947 in Fayetteville, NC a daughter of the late James Ernest and Betty Ann Holston Vinson. Her brother, David Vinson predeceased her. Pat was a devoted wife and mother and her family was the most important aspect of her life. She was a member of the Good Shepherd Anglican Church, a graduate of Myrtle Beach High School and attended USC-Coastal Carolina College. She was a longtime employee of the Thompson Law Firm. Survivors include her husband of forty-eight years: George Lewis of Myrtle Beach, SC; her children, Rebecca Lewis Grayson and husband, Brent, a son, Lloyd Bryan Lewis and a daughter, Stephanie Lewis White and husband, Rick; six grandchildren, Amanda, Ashley and Reid Grayson, Trace and Amelia White and Jackson Lewis; her mother-in-law, Maxine Lewis; a brother and sister-in-law, Jim and Dianne Vinson and several nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at McMillan-Small Funeral Home with Archbishop Creighton Jones officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM prior to the service.
