Mr. Jimmy Donald Fowler, 63 passed away, Thursday July 25, 2013 surrounded by his family. He was born August 17, 1949 in Conway, SC a son of the late Donald and Margaret Huggins Fowler. Jimmy was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and brother, a native of Myrtle Beach and a local hotel and business owner. He was an avid Gamecock and Sports Fan and loved fishing. "Papa" never met a stranger and will truly be missed by all who crossed his path. Survivors include his wife, Angie Austin Fowler of Garden City, SC; a daughter, Adrienne Rabon and husband, Sonny of Surfside Beach, SC; a son, Zeke Fowler and his wife, Collene of Conway, SC; a sister, Donna Sue Doudican of Surfside Beach, SC and three grandchildren, Bailey Paige Rabon, Sydney Fowler and Hayden Fowler. A memorial service will be 10:00 AM Monday, July 29, 2013 at McMillan-Small Funeral Home with Dr. J. Kirk Lawton, Jr. officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Waccamaw Animal Rescue, PO Box 1764 Conway, SC 29578 or American Cancer Society 950-48th Ave. N., Myrtle Beach, SC 29577.
